The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the Saccent Sarl web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

The present contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of Saccent Sarl products on the Internet, via the e platform.

All products in the catalog are sold while stocks last.

Saccent Sarl reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without prior notice. Saccent Sarl cannot be held liable for compensation or cancellation of an order following the impossibility of using the purchased product due to incompatibility with equipment already owned by the buyer.

You can modify your order form at any time, and return to the catalog by clicking on “Continue shopping”.

When you have finished shopping, validate your order by clicking on the “Pay” button.

In the event of an error on your part, at the time of your entry on the order form, we advise you to send us a request for cancellation by e-mail within 24 hours. Once Saccent Sarl has cancelled your order, you can place a new order.

6. Awards

The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirham excluding tax, are valid at the time of consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order.

VAT is calculated on the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. Purchase orders and transactions are made in Moroccan dirham.

Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products.

7. Order execution

The order will be executed at the latest within 7 days from the day following that on which the Consumer placed the order.

In the event of unavailability of the Product ordered, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option of cancelling the order.

The Customer will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid within thirty days of their payment, or an exchange of the Product.

8. Delivery

Delivery is not assured by Saccent Sarl, the customer will collect his goods from the delivery address indicated on his Order Form.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is obliged to check the packaging of the goods on delivery and to report any damage to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as to Saccent Sarl within one day.

At the Consumer’s request, an invoice can be sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order Form.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

What are the delivery times?

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. In Morocco and abroad, items will be sent to you by registered mail. Any delays shall not give rise to damages, order cancellation or refusal to accept delivery.

9. Method of payment

To pay for your order, you choose the means of payment among those proposed by Saccent Sarl on the payment page.

In this case, the transaction will be debited from your account on the day following the date of delivery confirmation.

Your payments are secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which offers a fully secure payment service.

The Consumer guarantees Saccent Sarl that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him/her when validating the Order Form.

In the case of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the means of payment set out in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer between Saccent Sarl and its banking establishment apply.

10. Data confidentiality

The information requested is necessary to process your order and is treated confidentially. You have the right to rectify your personal data. You may receive advertising from Saccent Sarl unless you have indicated that you do not wish your personal data to be used for this purpose.

11. Cancelling an order paid for by credit card

For any order returned within 24 hours of delivery, the amount paid by credit card will be reimbursed within 5 working days following the return of the goods, provided that :

12. Right of withdrawal

From the date of delivery of your order, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.

13. Warranty

All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty period is at least one year (from date of invoice). In the event of the return of non-defective material, the customer may be billed for shipping and handling costs. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or neglect.

14. Proof of transactions paid by credit card

The data recorded by the CMI on the payment platform on behalf of Saccent Sarl constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and Saccent Sarl.

15. Force majeure

Saccent Sarl is only liable for the performance of its obligations insofar as they are not impeded by an event of force majeure.
